Returns Policy

Chal Peres does not provide a refund on items unless the item is not in stock at the time of purchase, so please choose carefully.

Chal Peres will exchange items only if we have been notified immediately (within 7 day timeframe). In this case the customer will be charged postage and handling charges again and any difference in costs of the original purchase price.

Should the item have been damaged through transit, Chal Peres will replace the item only if we have been notified immediately (within 7 days) of receiving damaged goods. Chal Peres will take responsibility for replacing item/s and any additional postage and handling charges for dispatching of replacement goods only.
